MAFA Unik is a Swedish-made silo with a robust design and high durability. MAFA Unik is a robust, Swedish-made silo designed to meet the demands of modern industrial environments. Manufactured from durable steel plate with an aluminum-zinc coating (Aluzinc), it offers up to three times longer service life compared to traditional galvanized steel silos. Delivered pre-assembled from the factory and covered by a 10-year anti-corrosion warranty, it ensures reliability and long-term durability.

The silo is developed for efficient storage and handling of granulates, plastics, powders, and other bulk materials. The smooth interior, special bolts, and steep 70° cone guarantee consistent discharge while minimizing friction. The standard model is designed for materials with a bulk density of up to 750 kg/m³, but can easily be reinforced for heavier loads.

MAFA Unik offers several smart features that optimize operation and material quality. The reflective coating reduces heat radiation, while cyclone ventilation ensures proper aeration and minimizes condensation. Gentle filling via a long-radius bend and large cyclone preserves the material’s structure and quality. For dust-classified materials, the silo can be supplied with ATEX-compliant filling solutions, providing maximum safety in potentially explosive environments.

With a wide range of auger boxes and flexible storage volumes, MAFA Unik can be tailored to the needs of the facility and integrated seamlessly into the production flow. The result is an efficient, safe, and future-proof solution for industrial bulk storage.
