MAFA Unik Small – UNS Bioenergy

MAFA Unik Small is a robust, Swedish-made silo designed for modern industrial facilities. Manufactured from durable steel plate with aluminum-zinc coating (Aluzinc), it offers up to three times the service life of galvanized steel silos. The silo is factory-assembled and comes with a 10-year warranty against corrosion – a clear testament to its quality and durability.

The silo is designed for efficient handling of plastic granulate. It features a smooth interior, special bolts, and a 70° steep cone, ensuring excellent discharge and minimizing friction. The standard model can handle materials with a bulk density of up to 750 kg/m³, but it can be adapted for even heavier plastic granulate.

MAFA Unik Small offers several smart features that make a difference.
The gentle filling via long-radius elbow and large cyclone preserves the structure and quality of the plastic granulate. The design is also optimized to minimize condensation, ensuring that the plastic granulate is stored in optimal condition.
