Customer Number
A customer number is always established in our business system prior to any purchase, recording the following information:
- Customer/Company name
- Invoice/Delivery address
- Organization number
- Contact persons
- Telephone number & email address
We strongly prefer that both order confirmations and invoices are sent via email.
Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For details, please refer to our privacy policy.
Terms of Delivery
MAFA applies NL09 and NLM10 for trade within the Nordic region. For other countries, Orgalime 2000 applies.
Delivery time is agreed upon individually.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be added.
Assembled silos are delivered by crane truck, which also handles the erection and bolting of the silo.
If the buyer chooses to collect the silo from our facility, a loading fee will apply.
Other products are shipped via standard commercial carriers.
If the buyer has a freight account number, it must be provided when setting up the customer number or placing the order.
Transport Damage
If the ordered product is damaged upon unloading, this must be reported immediately to the carrier/driver, who will then issue a damage report.
Returns
Before returning any items, the responsible MAFA sales representative must be contacted for approval and issuance of a return number.
Returned items must be clean, undamaged, and packed in their original packaging, clearly marked with the provided return number.
Custom-made or specially adapted products are not eligible for return.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Payment Terms
Invoice payment within 30 days, subject to credit approval, or prepayment/other agreement.
We reserve the right to require appropriate payment guarantees if deemed necessary.
Prices
All prices quoted in correspondence, offers, order confirmations, and invoices are in SEK, excluding VAT and shipping.
We reserve the right to change prices and correct any typographical or printing errors.
Products and Warranty
We reserve the right to make changes to product design and product range without prior notice.
MAFA’s factory-assembled UNIK silos carry a 10-year warranty against rust-through.
