The BagBoy Hygien Gen II, Type C allows big bag emptying using a hoist and lifting yoke.
The BagBoy Hygien Gen II features a smart workflow that keeps operators free from dust exposure thanks to its enclosed system. It is ideal for applications requiring completely dust-free emptying, such as in the food and pharmaceutical industries or when handling toxic substances.
The discharger empties the entire bag content through spout stretching, bag vibration, and optionally bag kneading. It also includes functionality to evacuate air, making the empty bag easy and dust-free to handle.
The clamping unit is available in manual or pneumatic versions. The pneumatic unit provides automatic bag stretching, while the manual unit requires the hoist to be raised if stretching is needed.
Both clamping units can be equipped with a filter or connected to a central extraction system, and can be complemented with cleaning nozzles and an additional vibrator for easier cleaning. The clamping unit is removable for cleaning.
