MAFA Unik Small is a robust, Swedish-made silo designed to meet the demands of industrial handling of pellets, granulates, powders, and other bulk materials. Manufactured from durable steel plate with an aluminum-zinc coating (Aluzinc), it offers up to three times longer service life than galvanized silos. The silo is delivered factory-assembled and comes with a 10-year anti-corrosion warranty, ensuring reliability and long-term durability in industrial environments.
The silo is designed to optimize material flow in processes. It features a smooth interior and a 70° steep cone that ensures consistent discharge and minimizes friction. The standard model handles materials with a bulk density of up to 750 kg/m³, but it can be adapted for heavier materials or specific process requirements.
MAFA Unik Small offers several features that make a difference in daily operations. Gentle filling through a long-radius bend and large cyclone preserves the structure and quality of pellets, granulates, plastics, and powders. The construction is also designed to minimize condensation.
