The MAFA Modular Silo CLEAN is an indoor silo designed for difficult-flowing materials. The silo features a completely smooth interior with no internal braces, and all bolts and screws are located externally to minimize friction and prevent material buildup. All panel sections are galvanized for long-lasting durability. The smooth steel panels promote excellent internal hygiene and optimal emptying, and they withstand high-pressure washing.
The modular system is easy to install on-site. Additional sections can be added to increase volume and adapt the silo to your needs and available space. Installation in existing buildings is simple, as all silo parts can pass through a standard door. Clean Silos are supplied with a split steel cover for easy connection to filling equipment at the center of the cover.
Optional equipment includes motorized slide gates, injection units, level sensors, load cells with display, vibrators, and connection parts for augers and feeding systems.
Cone details:

Models C100, C125, and C150 have a 60° cone with a 300 × 300 mm outlet flange.

Models C200, C250, and C300 are available with 45° or 60° cones, with outlet flange sizes of 300 × 300 mm for 45° and 500 × 500 mm for 60°.
Suitable materials for storage:
Wheat, barley, oats, feed, nuts, granules, or wood pellets.
Choose between cone angles of 45° or 60°:

45° is suitable for free-flowing materials, with an outlet size of 300 × 300 mm

60° is suitable for more difficult-flowing materials, with an outlet size of 500 × 500 mm
