Big Bag Filler Bagmaster JR I
The Bagmaster JR I Big Bag Filler operates hygienically and dust-free thanks to its enclosed filling system. A double-walled clamping cone with pneumatic control seals against the bag inlet for dust-free filling. In addition to the connection for bag inflation, the clamping cone includes a channel for dust extraction. A damper in the clamping cone prevents material dust from escaping when the cone is in its upper position.
Thanks to its modular design, the big bag filler can be easily integrated into existing systems.
Weighing can be performed either via a weigh hopper (net weighing) or by weighing the bag itself (gross weighing). With net weighing, the capacity is approximately 30 bags/hour, and with gross weighing, approximately 20 bags/hour.
The big bag filler is available in various models, from a basic standard version to more advanced systems with customized accessories. It can be supplied in mild steel, stainless steel, ATEX-rated filling system, food-grade versions, and more.
