The EL120P is designed to control material transport via augers from, for example, a silo. It can manage either 2 augers in series or 2 separate augers, depending on the configuration.
Control Options:
- Option 1:
- M1: Auger from silo
- M2: Subsequent auger
- Both motors (M1 & M2) start simultaneously when the MIN sensor in the last outlet pipe is inactive.
- Motors stop when the MAX sensor is triggered.
- M1 can also be controlled separately by sensors 1 and 2.
- Safety timer stops both motors if runtime exceeds preset limits (alarm optional).
- Option 2:
- M1 and M2 operate independently
- Each motor is controlled by its own sensor pair (1 & 2 for M1, 3 & 4 for M2)
