The Bulk Bag Discharger SBB-HFF M is designed for efficient and controlled emptying of big bags.
This version (Model M) is equipped with a frame for crane operation.
The unit is manufactured in carbon steel, painted RAL 7001, with a lifting cross (yoke) in steel painted RAL 1004, and a crane beam and frame in coated carbon steel.
It includes a 0.15 kW motor vibrator to assist material flow.
The cone is fitted with a black neoprene sealing sleeve (standard version), which reduces dust formation during discharge.
The discharger has a flanged cylindrical outlet XKFL Ø273 mm and can be equipped with an inspection hatch including a safety switch (KFMSBBHFF) as an optional accessory.
Through the inspection hatch, the bag can be opened safely (for bags with conical, non-flat bottoms).
The lifting yoke features a central lifting eye for crane operation and can also be lifted with forks. It includes four hooks for secure attachment of the bulk bag.
